What We Expect From You

  • Please give all staff the same courtesy you expect to receive.
  • Please be on time for your appointments.
  • Please do not request a home visit by the doctor unless a patient is too ill to visit the surgery. If a visit is required please make every attempt to telephone your request before the end of morning surgery.
  • Please allow 48 hours for a repeat prescription. Repeat prescriptions will not be taken over the phone. Please order through your chemist, written request or come into the surgery.
  • Please update your details regularly. Your telephone numbers and address is the only way the surgery can contact you.
